Dumpster Pricing Questions

What are your prices for a dumpster rental?

Call or text us @ 817-210-4400 and we will be happy to text you a template of our standard prices for all sizes/options! Alternatively, you can use our online system to book a rental or get a quote in real-time 24/7!  It takes less than 90 seconds!

 

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther away from our regular service area.  Only 8.25% sales tax will be added to an order. There are currently no fuel surcharges with our service except for locations outside our regular service area.

 

When do I pay?

Payment with a credit card on file is required before drop off of a dumpster rental to prevent dry runs, non-payment of services, and lost productivity. Cash is accepted on a case-by-case basis as well after we talk about your project.

Full-service jobs/waste removal is due upon completion of service.

For your protection and to prevent fraud, drivers will check that ID and credit cards match the name on the invoices.

Dumpster Delivery Questions

Do I have to be present for delivery & pickup?

NO you don’t!  However, it’s helpful to describe exactly where you want the dumpster placed or send a pic with a description is the best.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please be available via a phone call in case of any issues.  In order to prevent fraud, we may require you to submit a copy of drivers license matching the credit card on file.

Do you deliver to other cities beyond the immediate Fort Worth area?

Yes, we do!  For a custom delivery and quote, please call our office and we will get you taken care of immediately.

What time will our dumpster be delivered?

Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will deliver the dumpster on the day promised, however, the exact time is unknown due to the unpredictable wait times at the landfills, traffic congestion and a fluid schedule. We will however make every effort to send you a text or give you a call when we are on the way to your dumpster rental location.  If you have a special need for a time request, we strive to make that happen if we can accommodate the schedule.

Can I get a wait and load? Meaning, can we load the dumpster while your dumpster and driver wait and take it when we are done?

Yes! We offer wait and load, please call our office to schedule this in & receive a proper quote!

 

Do you offer same day / emergency service?

YES we do!  In many cases, we can deliver to you the same day or after hours.  Give us a call to ensure we can help!

General Dumpster Rental Questions

What CAN I TOSS in dumpster? ALLOWED ITEMS

Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only including but not limited to:

Household trash, furniture, clothes, toys, electronics, yard waste, cardboard, sheet rock, wood, metals, plastics, siding, brush, trees, shingles, 1 mattress any size, dried paint cans, empty spray bottles / cans, *appliances*, *small quantities of dirt, soil, tile, asphalt, brick, stone, rock, concrete*

What am I NOT ALLOWED TO TOSS in a dumpster? - PROHIBITED ITEMS

Appliances containing FREON such as A/C units, Refrigerators & Freezers – they can be picked up separately for an additional fee as they must be taken to a separate facility.

Liquids, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazards, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances. 

Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, TIRES – $50 EACH, More than 1 MATTRESS $25 EACH, liquid paint, wet sheet rock mud (in closed box / bag is fine), wet caulk (in closed box / bags are fine), fuel / gas, batteries, ashes, oil, sewage sludge, railroad ties (requires permit).

MORE THAN 5 CUBIC YARDS OF bricks, stone, concrete, dirt, soil (use heavy haul 10 yard option separately).

How high can I stack a dumpster?

We DO NOT subscribe to the “if it fits, it ships mentality” as it’s the NUMBER 1 ISSUE THAT CAN CAUSE A SERIOUS HAZARD.  

Therefore, to ensure the safety of your property, our equipment, people and other vehicles on the road during loading, unloading and transport: All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded including but not limited to loading all debris INSIDE & BELOW OR LEVEL with the TOP RAIL of the dumpster.

 

Are all dumpster rental companies unprofessional or deliver poor service?

Choose wisely and research.  Our reputation & 5 star google reviews are a testimony to our values and professional service.  We do hear that unfortunately this industry does have a less than desired quality of service in many cases from some other companies. There are certainly other reputable companies as well.

We've rented some really dirty dumpsters from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

NO. Our dumpsters are well maintained and always have a professional appearance!  We make every effort to deliver you a dumpster free of any excess “gunk” or smells.

What if we need to cancel?

Required 24 hours in advance of scheduled service to be entitled to a full refund.

We understand emergencies happen and they are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
